I understand that my tour cost does NOT include:

• Airfare to Dakar
• Alcoholic beverages
• Passport fees, photos, vaccinations and inoculations; personal health items such as additional food and beverages not included in our menu, laundry, telephone, baggage charges; gratuities for personal services; any items not indicated as included.
• Travel insurance: Peace Through Travel strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance in case of trip or flight cancellation, luggage loss or damage, or personal accident.

Number of Participants:

• I understand that our very small, exclusive group will have a minimum of 6 travelers, maximum of 10.

Changes in Itinerary:

• I understand that our itinerary is designed with great care, and that Women Travel for Peace makes every effort to adhere to the itinerary as planned.
• Occasionally a circumstance beyond your control may require an adjustment.
• In this case, Women Travel for Peace will make an appropriate, comparable substitution.

DEPOSIT:

• I understand that my deposit of $525 guarantees my place in the group.
• I understand that my deposit is due along with my completed application.
• Because ours is such a small group, I understand I may return my application within up to 5 days of my deposit payment.
