About Linda In the fall of 2007, I listened as Nobel Peace Prize Laureates Jody Williams, Betty Williams and Rigoberta Manchu Tum told their profound stories. Gasping at their courage and weeping at the colossal need of women globally, it hit me like lightning: I will create a travel organization uniting women from the industrialized world with women from the emerging world in support of local grassroots women’s projects.
